Trycktransport.

I never had a boring job.
Primary because I owned my own business most of my life.
But some projects was more fun then other.
Trycktransport was one of the best.

"Klingis"

Georg and James Nyström is two skilled brothers, bouth in their own professions. James had a big bookbinding business in Solna. James Nyströms Bokbinderi AB. They produce hundreds of A3 cardboard boxes filled with books, folders, magazines, brochures and other printed papers per day.

George Nyström and his wife had a transport business one floor abow. Trycktransport AB.
They took care of all those boxes and make sure everything was delivered in time. To do so they had a handfull employees driving the big company owned trucks. (see photos)

"Klingis and Svenne"

But they also used freelance drivers with smaller cars for fast deliveries. Thats was one of my fun projects. Sitting at my computers late nights making advertising stuff I needed some air and hard training.

So I joined the group of friends already doing deliveries for Georga. Im sure you know some of them.
Håkan Nutte Andersson, (Employee, Corvette, Classic car collector, transport business owner and car sales man Exclusive Cars.)

Staffan Staffe Smidt, (Free, Corvette builder, transport and Interior/curtain business owner.)
Hans Hasse Wirsborg, (Free. transport business owner.) Claes Classe Ellsén, (Free. transport business owner.) Kalle Grundel, (Free. International group B  rally champion.)  Kennet Kermit Björkman, RIP. (Free. Rally mechanic) and me Haze Westerlund with the brown Van.

It was busy days with chats in comradios and hanging around the office waiting for next load.
Nutte was at the time a young car freak who often asked me to do burnouts on the lokal street. Staffan had his Corvette 😁, rest of us had Chevy Vans.

"Staffans corvette and Hasses Van."

It was great training, boxes was heavy to load by hand and get out at the adress. Old elevators with low max weight, government buildings with long corridors, offices on main streets without parking was daily obstacles we met.

Im extra glad that most of us today 2023 still is around.
Enjoy the finnish guys!!
