Busy days back then, working long hours with my business, and played a lot of golf. Didnt really had time to find a new motorcycle.
But my friend Ruby bought a Kawasaki Custom and show up outside my garage. Never had a custom and kids was big enough to ride with me.
So I took my daughter Zana, who really wanted to go riding, in the van and went to a motorcycle firm looking. They had one kawa for sale, a smaller LTD 450cc if I remember correct. A parallel twin with lots of gears.
I really hate shopping, so after we tested to sit on it ok, I bought it.
It wasn't that bad, we could keep up in speed with the other guys on bigger bikes on weekend rides even the lack of torque.
Summer evening rides was not long but kids liked it as it always included a biker café visit.
Röda Cafėt in Alby was the favorit, 100s of bikes to look at and huge meatball sandwiches.
More and more van owner friends bought bikes and we took it a couple of times at swedens biggest event Mälaren runt.
Dont remember where and when she left the building, probably when I bought a bigger bike.
